Our weekly Sunday service takes place at 10.30am. It usually follows essentially a traditional format but with a few innovations made by our American interim pastors. We use
the complete Mission Praise book which contains both traditional hymns
(usually but not always with the traditional words!) and modern songs. Most of the services include one or more modern
songs but mostly we sing hymns. We usually have a piano accompaniment but once a month the son of one of our members plays the organ for us. There are several musicians in the congregation and sometimes we have solos.
Communion usually takes place on the third Sunday of the month and we welcome all who acknowledge Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord to the Lord's Table.
Our maximum seating capacity is only about 50 so there is an intimacy about our services which you will not find in a big church. We have comfortable chairs and the building is easily accessed by wheelchair users. An offering is taken during the services.
There is plenty of car parking both on the church premises and on nearby residential streets. If you are thinking of coming but need transport, do get in touch. Two members of our congregation regularly provide transport for those who otherwise might find it difficult to attend.
