Our weekly Sunday service takes place at 10.30am, and follows an essentially traditional format. We use Mission Praise and Baptist Praise and Worship.
Most of the services include one or more modern songs but mostly we sing hymns usually to a piano accompaniment. Our two main pianists are very competent and would be the envy of many churches!
Congregational participation is valued and it is common for members of the congregation to deliver the Bible reading or lead prayers.
Communion usually takes place on the third Sunday of the month and we welcome all who acknowledge Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord to the Lord's Table.
We are a small congregation and this means there is an intimacy about our services which you will not find in a big church. We have comfortable chairs and the building is easily accessed by wheelchair users. An offering is taken during the services.
There is plenty of car parking both on the church premises and on nearby residential streets. If you are thinking of coming but need transport, do get in touch. Two members of our congregation regularly provide transport for those who otherwise might find it difficult to attend.
